Simply fill out the form and your message will be sent to Sparkly HQ for review.

As mentioned, Sparkly asks for a minimum 1 business week heads up regarding time off requests.

Anything less is considered a “Callout” and Sparkly allows a maximum of 3 “Callouts” per month.

“Callouts” are defined:

• Less than 1 week heads up for time off

• Not being able to attend assigned shifts

• Changing availability with less than 1 week heads up
